1. First preference is to retrieve cattle going for slaughter, even by purchase if necessary.
2. cows and buffaloes are equally treated with proper feeding and health care.
3. No animal will be sent out at any point of time, and even after death a proper respectable burial shall be made without skinning.
4.Funds will be raised by;
   a. Running a dairy unit nearby
   b. Sufficient agricultural lands will be purchased to raise fodder/paddy hay.
   c. Out of cow urine/dung etc, bye products like viboothi, pesticide, shampoo, tooth powder, medicinal preparations etc will be scientifically manufactured and sold with the help of a leading bio technologist.
5. Number of cows will be limited to 1500 after raising sufficient corpus fund.
6. Creation of awareness and motivation to others to start goshalas in their places and helping them materially.
7.Once attaining self sufficiency, start franchisee goshalas in other places where    land, fodder and resources are available. Pollachi, Mannargudi, Manakkal are few places.
8.The goshala’s funds utilization, resource mobilizations, and management is handled by dedicated animal lovers from different walks of life who contribute resources, energy etc heavily with utmost dedication, with frequent review meetings and audit very honestly.
9. In the long run, mobilize support from all quarters and effectively protest and make the administration to behave responsibly and treat the animals humanely.
10. Bring pressure to the temples who get good income, to run goshalas.
